Wise Mind-Wise Body

The Wise Mind-Wise Body Process is designed to support the development and integration of mindfulness as a path for personal transformation and skilled attunement to our deepest nature. Meditation, self-reflection and self-inquiry are used to help you deepen your own practice and integrate it into your everyday life.

Wise Mind Wise Body was co-created by Starr Kelton-Locke, PhD and Carol Normandi, LMFT with over 60 years of combined experience in mental health practice, mind-body psychology, and meditative practices. All techniques taught in group are grounded in the teachings, practices and research from the fields of mindfulness meditation, mind/body psychology, and neuroscience.
