Meditation, self-reflection and self-inquiry are used to help you deepen your own practice and integrate it into your everyday life.Wise Mind-Wise Body is a practice of moment to moment observation of the mind/body process that helps you acknowledge and handle all aspects of life experience - pleasure and pain, fear and joy - with less stress and more balance.
